Rosanna is an architectural engineer by training and holds a masters degree in building physics from Kyoto university in Japan. She runs a rapidly expanding European platform growing next-generation diverse cyber security professionals. She consults and leads design thinking, corporate innovation and coding seminars to corporates and individuals. An accomplished public speaker, Rosanna emphasizes the importance of a growth mindset, as well as a bias to action approach, and radical collaboration. Rosanna is also a certified MIT master trainer in educational mobile computing, as well as EU Codeweek Ambassador. She is a passionate design thinker and is trained to teach students, teachers and entrepreneurs the design thinking methodology.
Patrick Wheeler

Patrick is a cybersecurity practitioner and leader of enterprise level transformative security initiatives. Also an active public speaker he focuses on business, technology, compliance, governance, risk and control with over 20 years of experience executing international initiatives in banking, insurance, retail, technology startups, government, regulatory agencies and more. He holds an award from (ISC)² in Information Security Leadership, various degrees and has had job titles like CISO, Security Architect, IS Director and more.
Misaelle Despret

Misaelle advises and leads projects in financial regulatory compliance and in data management for large organisations. She focuses on change and transformation initiatives. She holds a master degree in Law and post-master degrees in EU Competition Law & Economics and Big Data. She has over 20 years of experience in legal services and financial services. She is also an experienced advisor and board member to technology start-up companies, with a focus on strategic development for SMEs. Misaelle is convinced that living in a digitised society requires strong security to foster digital opportunities.

Jess is a legal and regulatory expert in the financial industry, currently Head of Regulatory and Oversight Affairs at EBA CLEARING. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, a promoter of inspirational leadership and a cyber security enthusiast, which she channels throughout her activities as co-founder of Mizbiz, as the Belgian ambassador for the European Women Payments Network (EWPN), as mentor for Conception X and as an advisor to the CyberWayFounder Board. Jess is sometimes referred to as CWF’s “Fairy Godmother” as she was instrumental in the development and launching of the first CWF program cohort.

Anne-Sophie leads our executive board. She is a senior financial risk management executive in the Luxembourg banking/ funds/ financial sector. After ten years as senior manager for EY and director for Accenture she has decided to join several banking institutions to design and implement strong risk management framework mainly on credit, liquidity and operational risk. Her sectors of expertise are mainly payment solution, fund industry, asset management, wealth management, retail, specialized financing and debt portfolios.

Olga is a transferable knowledge specialist and the co-founder of the renewable energy institute in Poland. She holds a master of science and a master of environmental management as well as a SSCP certification and diploma in a modern learning methodologies. Having previous experience in organising tech training and education programs, Olga participates in the conceptual work of the CWF cybersecurity program development and she’s also responsible for the operational management.

Kurt has been active in cybersecurity for more than 12 years as lecturer, researcher and momently project leader of the Living Lab Innovative Cyber Security in Industry and Logistics 4.0 . The Howest study program CS at Howest is internationally well-known. Kurt is Belgium’s Cyber Security Researcher / Educator of 2023.
