“NATO’s technological edge has kept it one step ahead of its adversaries for 70 years. For the Alliance to remain strong, the populations of NATO Member Countries must be prepared to embrace disruptive technologies.
But with tech and cyber employers reporting a problematic shortage of cybersecurity skills, how can organisations build and nurture a tech-savvy workforce? Besides attracting new talent and fostering their abilities, this panel will also look education, training and re-training programmes suitable for this digital age.”
Rosanna joined Marieke Obdam, Head of NCI Agency HRD, and Clare Hutchinson, the Special Representative for Women, Peace and Security NATO to discuss the challenges within building and nurturing a tech savy workforce.

Crisis simulation room, Room#42
Rosanna; What a unique learning experience going through the Room#42 cyber attack crisis simulation at SECURITYMADEIN.LU with Calvin Chrustie and Timo der Weduwen of InterVentis Global. With their decades of experience managing and resolving high-level stress situations with human lives at stake - we actually experienced what it feels like to be in the eye of the storm - the calm and focused center. I have learned about the kind of skills that matter - and make a serious impact - in any situation where the quality of the interaction between major stakeholders can play a pivotal role between success and failure. A big thank you to Pascal Steichen and Jerome Jacob for making this possible - and to the our team Inga Pokhodilo Olga Danilova Patrick Wheeler and Anne-Sophie RIO-ROTHEVAL!!
