We recommend a mentorship program for everyone who would like to accelerate in their professional growth, but especially for those who are taking on a new role in a security team.

I. One-on-one mentorship
Objective entails guidance through your personal professional development. You’ll have a 3-month time frame with 8 1-hr structured mentorship sessions for one mentee.

II. Group Mentorship (2-3 mentees)
Objective entails group guidance through the professional development of at least two, up to three mentees. The sessions will take place within a 3-month time frame with 8 1-hr structured mentorship sessions.
